A public meeting was held at the Bath Township Offices on May 13, 2019 for the Proposed Park Lake Preserve. The meeting’s purpose was to gather information regardig the public support for or against the proposal and their thoughts on options in order for the Parks & Recreation Committee to make decisions:
- Whether or not to go forward with the proposal.
- Potential refinements to the proposed options.
- Prioritize stages to be implemented.
Dan Hayes, Chair of the Park Lake Advisory Board presented information on the proposed project. His presentation is part of the Public Meeting Video linked below. After the presentation, participants were asked to break off into groups for discussion on the proposed preserve and stages of the project. At the conclusion of the meeting, participants were asked to utilize dots/numbers to prioritize stages of the project, write the pros/cons on each stage, and answer (anonymously) if they supported the project moving forward. The results of that work will be posted here after May 22, 2019.
