Sealed bids will be accepted until 11:30 am on Monday, October 15, 2018. “Vehicle Bid” should be clearly marked on the outside of bid envelope. The envelope shall contain the Bath Township vehicle/equipment bid form. Bid opening will immediately follow.

Winning bidder will be notified by phone and must provide full payment by 11:30 am on Thursday, October 18, 2018. Payments by cash or certified cashiers check only. Otherwise vehicle/equipment may be sold to next highest bidder.

Vehicle may be seen at Northside Towing located at 11349 N. US-27, DeWitt, MI 48820 during regular business hours.
