New Rescue Truck Delivery Celebration
The Bath Township Firefighters and their families gathered for the arrival of the new rescue truck that was delivered on Sunday, November 6, 2011. The truck is a 2011 Ford E450 with a Road Rescue body. It replaces the 1985 Ford F 350 rescue truck.
The new rescue truck was accepted and placed into the services of the Fire Department by the Firefighters and their families with a tradition of washing the old vehicle, then washing the new vehicle with the same bucket of wash water. The Firefighters and their families all washed and dried both vehicles. After the new vehicle is dry, it is then pushed into the fire station by the Firefighters.
The Firefighters and their families wish to thank the community of Bath for supplying the Fire Department with the support and means to upgrade the department's equipment and training so that we may better serve you...
